The administrator will add and delete users as necessary, create functional teams, and give each team the right permissions for the folders it needs to access.\n\nThe articles below go over some common user and team management workflows:\n[block:api-header]\n{\n \"type\": \"basic\",\n \"title\": \"Managing Users\"\n}\n[/block]\nUser management is an admin only task. You must have admin-level access to the Flite Console to be able to manage your organization's users.\n\nTo **add a new user**:\n\n1. Mouse over the *All Users* item under the *Teams* heading until the :fa-gear: appears.\n2. Click the gear menu, and select *New User*.\n3. In the lightbox that pops up, enter the new user's account information.\n * First enter a unique *Username* and *Password* that the user will use to activate their account.\n * Next, enter the user's *First Name*, *Last Name*, and *Email*.\n4. Click the *Create User* button.\nThe new user will appear in the user list. The user will also receive an email at the email address you provided, prompting them to log in with their username and change their password.\n\nTo **modify a user's** information, or to disable a user, do the following:\n\n1. Click *All Users* under the *Teams* heading.\n2. Click the user's name. The *Edit User* box appears.\n3. Modify any of the following information about the user:\n * Change the user's *First Name*, *Last Name*, or *Email*.\n * Click the *Disable user* checkbox to disable the user. This blocks the user from logging into Flite, but does not delete the items they have created.\n4. You have to have admin-level access to the Flite Console to be able to manage your organization’s teams.\n\nTo **create a new team**:\n1. Mouse over the new team’s parent until the :fa-gear: appears.\n * To create a new top-level team, mouse over the *Teams* heading.\n * To create a secondary team underneath an existing team, mouse over the existing team.\n2. Click the gear menu, and select *New Team*.\n3. A new team entry appears at the bottom of the existing team list.\n4. Type in the folder name and hit *Enter*.\n\nYou have successfully created a new team. To add users to the team, just drag and drop users from the *All Users* list or from any existing team. Dragging and dropping from an existing team add users to the new team without removing them from the existing team.\n\nTo **delete a team**, do the following:\n\n1. Mouse over the team name in the sidebar until the :fa-gear: shows up.\n2. Click the gear menu, and select *Delete Team*.\n3.
