It scans each set within an Ad Mixer to determine if a criteria is met and then moves on to the next set. If none of the criteria are met, the Ad Mixer will serve the Default set. Delivery criteria are as follow:\n  *     Date\n  *     Placement\n  *     Site\n  *     Combination of Date/Placement/Site\nCases can be as simple as requiring one of the top three criteria listed above.
