With the use of global notifiations you can subscribe to whenever any Ad has been published or any Report is created. This allows you to keep track of all events that may be important to you and be alerted if a change has occurred in a specific project.\n  * Global notifications\n\n## Designer\nAs a designer you work across many projects that are stored across folders. You can subscribe to a folder and understand if any changes have occurred to any of the contents within that folder. In addition you can be alerted if any items have been added or removed from the folder that could potentially affect the project. Designers also have the ability to subscribe to single ads they have created or collaborated on with other designers. This keeps you informed if your colleagues have made any changes to that particular ad.\n  * Subscribe to Folders\n  * Subscribe to Ads via Publish dialog\n\n## Analyst\nAs an analyst you want to understand the performance of your ads in a given campaign through Reports. In our console Reports are created from folders or search folders. There are many options you can subscribe to but the most useful ones would probably be if your report is ready for download, a report encountered an error, and a specific item in a folder has been changed that would affect the output of your reports.\n  * Global Report\n  * Subscribe to folders that contain reports\n  * Folders / Search Folders that are part of the report\n\n\n##Planners / Account Managers\nAs a Media planner / Account manager you want to ensure that a campaign is running as expected. This can be enabled by subscribing to a folder to listen to for any updates. There may also be circumstances where you’d like to know how a specific item is being updated. For example you would like to know when Creative A has been published so that you can communicate to your Ad Operations team it is ready to be trafficked.\n  * Subscribe to Folders\n  * Specific Item subscriptions\n\n## External Team\nAs an external team member there can be a variety of activities that you would like to track. From my experience most of these external team members have been Creative teams that are building units for a given organization. As I mentioned above about designers its beneficial for you to know when updates have occured to a project so you can adjust your work as necessary.
