Thanks for featuring this Agile Marketing presentation from MozCon, Winnie! I'm curious if this is a model that Flite or your blog readers use.

Honestly, I'm still fascinated by the fact that software developers have been working this way for two decades (!) and that marketers haven't really changed the way they've worked for over 50 years. A lot of talk about being customer-centric and breaking down hierarchies, but Agile is the real deal and challenges us to re-shape our organizations to deliver faster, more frequently, and far more adeptly to customers and users.

    Jonathan,

Thanks for the comment. We too are huge believers in agile and do see the marketing world moving from water fall to agile and organizations across the value chain are thinking about how best to support the best of agile.

See Google's Agile Creativity campaign to see the biggest players in the space talk to its promise and import.
